# Plans & Billing

Ringyo AI offers three plans to fit businesses of every size. All plans include a **14-day free trial** with no credit card required.

## Plans

## How Credits Work

Credits are your usage currency. Different actions consume different amounts:

| Action                 | Credit Cost |
| ---------------------- | ----------- |
| 1 chat message         | 1 credit    |
| 1 minute of voice call | 5 credits   |
| 1 knowledge base entry | 2 credits   |
| 1 appointment booked   | 1 credit    |

<Tip>Credits reset monthly on your billing date. Unused credits do not roll over.</Tip>

## Free Trial

Every new account starts with a **14-day free trial** including 500 credits. No credit card required. You get full access to all features during the trial.

<Warning>When your trial ends, you'll need to choose a plan to continue. Your data and configuration are preserved for 30 days after expiry.</Warning>

## Upgrading & Downgrading

    Navigate to **Dashboard → Settings → Billing**.

    Select the plan you'd like to switch to and click **Change Plan**.

  <Step title="Confirm changes">
    * **Upgrading:** Takes effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount.
    * **Downgrading:** Takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

## Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and process payments securely through Stripe. You can update your payment method anytime from **Settings → Billing**.

## Invoices

Invoices are generated automatically and sent to your account email. You can also download them from **Settings → Billing → Invoice History**.

## Need More Credits?

If you run out of credits mid-cycle, you can purchase **add-on credit packs** from the billing page without changing your plan. See [Credits](/concepts/credits) for details.
