Get started with Ringyo AI in under 2 minutes. All you need is an email address.

Create Your Account

Go to the sign-up page

Visit ringyo.ai/sign-up and click Get Started Free.

Enter your details

Fill in your name, email address, and choose a password (min 8 characters). You can also sign up with Google or Microsoft.

Verify your email

Check your inbox for a verification email from no-reply@ringyo.ai. Click the verification link to activate your account.
If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder. The link expires in 24 hours.

Complete onboarding

After verifying, you’ll be guided through a quick onboarding flow:
  • Enter your business name
  • Select your business category
  • Choose your primary use case (calls, chat, or both)

First Login

Once onboarding is complete, you’ll land on your dashboard. From here you can:

Add business details, hours, and contact info

Create a Voice Agent

Configure your AI agent’s voice and personality

Train Your AI

Add FAQs and service info to the knowledge base

Choose a Plan

Explore plans or continue with your 14-day free trial

Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with 500 credits — no credit card required. This gives you full access to all features so you can test everything before committing.
