Dashboard Overview

The Ringyo AI dashboard is your central hub for managing agents, calls, and settings. Here’s a quick tour. The left sidebar gives you access to every section:

When you log in, you’ll see:

Usage Summary

Credits used, remaining balance, and usage breakdown by type (calls, chats, appointments)

Recent Activity

Latest calls, chats, and appointments with quick links to details

Agent Status

Active agents, their assigned phone numbers, and online/offline status

Quick Actions

Shortcuts to create agents, add knowledge, or make a test call

Key Workflows

Here are the most common things you’ll do from the dashboard:

Set up your business

Go to Settings → Business to add your company details, hours, and contact info. Learn more →

Connect a phone number

Go to Phone Numbers to buy or connect a Twilio number. Learn more →
