How Credits Work
Credits are your usage currency. Different actions consume different amounts:

| 1 appointment booked | 1 credit |
Credits reset monthly on your billing date. Unused credits do not roll over.
Free Trial
Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial including 500 credits. No credit card required. You get full access to all features during the trial.
When your trial ends, you’ll need to choose a plan to continue. Your data and configuration are preserved for 30 days after expiry.
Upgrading & Downgrading
Go to Settings
Navigate to Dashboard → Settings → Billing.
Choose a plan
Select the plan you’d like to switch to and click Change Plan.
Confirm changes
- Upgrading: Takes effect immediately. You’ll be charged a prorated amount.
- Downgrading: Takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and process payments securely through Stripe. You can update your payment method anytime from Settings → Billing.
Invoices
Invoices are generated automatically and sent to your account email. You can also download them from Settings → Billing → Invoice History.
Need More Credits?
If you run out of credits mid-cycle, you can purchase add-on credit packs from the billing page without changing your plan. See Credits for details.
